Expanding the marketing and investment teams through strategic hires
The Innovation Endeavors marketing and investment teams have grown, and we are thrilled to introduce you to the newest members: Carrie and Casey! Carrie brings a wealth of insights to the investment team, and we expect to see great things come from her areas of focus this year (hint: expect some important sustainability-focused efforts). Meanwhile, Casey is our first official marketing hire who has been brought in to focus on supporting and amplifying our firm’s mission and the stories of our portfolio companies.

Carrie is the newest member of the investment team. She is interested in the application of advanced computational and engineering techniques to rapidly decarbonize traditional industries, including industrials, manufacturing, and agriculture. She also spends time thinking about leveraging new ways of engineering biology to more sustainably produce foods and materials. Previously, Carrie was a strategy consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and a strategist in the early pipeline at X, the Moonshot Factory.
Carrie holds a B.S. in Civil & Environmental Engineering and an M.S. in Environmental Fluid Mechanics from Stanford.
Casey is the new Innovation Endeavors marketing lead. She will focus her time on supporting the growing Innovation Endeavors community through content and campaigns that amplify our mission and the voices of our portfolio companies.
Casey’s experience ranges from early-stage technology public relations, social media management, podcast production, and content marketing for both B2C and B2B SaaS brands. She’s a storyteller and brand strategist committed to building brands that elicit a strong community following. Casey has a degree in journalism and Spanish from the University of Oregon.

At Innovation Endeavors, we pride ourselves on living in a permanent state of curiosity. This could not be more true with the addition of Casey and Carrie. We believe that their varied industry experience and expertise will open avenues for more experimentation, thought-provoking conversations, added support for our entrepreneurs, and additional connections across our network.
