Congrats to Josh Rapperport, Davis Treybig, Natasha Gunther, Nick Olsen and Avi Bharadwaj
Today, we are celebrating promotions and welcoming several new members to our team at Innovation Endeavors.
Below, meet some of our folks who are working with founders and their teams during this wild time of innovation, growth, and opportunity. Each of these folks brings a new dimension of expertise to the firm. As a group, we come together to form a powerful cross-disciplinary approach for supporting entrepreneurs and making connections across our network.
Avi Bharadwaj, a Principal on our Investment Team, has been with us for a while, having worked in New York primarily on growth-stage investments, including AlphaSense and TuneIn. Now, he’s in Palo Alto and is on the Early Stage team. Avi expects to spend most of his time focused on FinTech and enterprise SaaS. He’s already busy leading investments, starting with RightBound that was announced earlier this summer.
Davis Treybig has been promoted to Principal. This is Davis’ second promotion with the firm and we’re excited that his role continues to grow. Davis will continue to focus on companies in cybersecurity, infrastructure, dev-ops and data engineering. As a Principal, Davis will begin to take board seats and will lead new investments.
Josh Rapperport is an Associate on the Investment team who joined earlier this year from Google where he was a Strategic Partner Development Manager leading global buy-side ads partnerships. Prior to Google, he was on the engineering teams of two energy & climate startups, Siva Power and C12 Energy. Josh has a degree from Harvard in Environmental Engineering and at Innovation Endeavors he’s applying that expertise across a range of fields. Most immediately, Josh is partnering with Scott on industrial applications, automation and space; and with Sam on climate and energy.
Natasha Gunther is an Associate on our Investment team who recently celebrated her 1-year anniversary with the firm. Natasha joined us from PatientPing, a care coordination platform, where she was Chief of Staff and Product Manager. Prior to that, she was a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company, working across their Healthcare and Operations practices. She has a degree from MIT in Mechanical Engineering. Across the firm, Natasha has become known for surfacing unique market insights, especially in her work with Harpi on supply chain/logistics and with Sam on manufacturing, climate risk, and agriculture/food.
Nick Olsen joined us earlier this year as an Associate on the Investment team from Tempus Labs, a large precision medicine startup, where helped drive strategy and operations for a large part of the oncology business. Before that, he worked as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company, where he worked across a range of industries but focused primarily on healthcare and the life sciences. Given Nick has a background in bioengineering, he’s able to leverage his expertise as the intersection of life sciences and computer science continues to be an area of interest for us. Nick is investigating many dimensions of all-things-bio, ranging from life sciences and human health to biotech in agriculture and other industrial applications.
All of this good news comes in addition to our recent announcement of Amir joining as a new Venture Partner. It’s true that the venture world is busy these days, and we are excited to expand our team so we can partner up with the biggest-thinking entrepreneurs out there.
