Josh is a Venture Partner at Innovation Endeavors and a Partner at Rsquared, an early stage venture fund focused on national resilience. Josh previously served in a United States Army Special Missions Unit, where he focused on building continuity between JSOC and Silicon Valley. Josh continues his service as a reservist with the 19th Special Forces Group.

Prior to joining Innovation Endeavors, Josh ran the west coast office for Prospect Capital, an $11B AUM publicly traded debt and equity fund. Josh also founded three small businesses focused on public contracting in the construction and national defense sectors. Josh continues to act as the chairman of all three companies. Josh earned a BS in Business Administration from Chapman University, an MBA from Columbia University, and an MBA from London Business School.
