Liat Aaronson (Herzliya, ISR) is a Partner of the Firm, a member of its Investment Committee, and was a Partner of Marker LLC. Before that she was the Executive Director of the Zell Entrepreneurship Program at the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya. Before that she practiced law at Naschitz, Brandes & Co., an Israeli law firm, where she focused on corporate law and M&A and represented venture capital firms, investors, technology companies, and start-ups. She holds an LLB and an MBA from Tel Aviv University, an LLM in European Law from the University of Leiden in the Netherlands (with Distinction), and a BA (High Honors) from the University of California, Berkeley. She continues to serve as the Chairwoman of the Zell Entrepreneurship Program and oversees its pre-seed program. She also serves on the advisory boards of several leading entrepreneurship programs including the Weizman Institute’s WIZe program.
